How to Order Custom Wine Boxes: A Simple Checklist
Ordering custom wine boxes goes faster and cheaper when you show up with a few details ready. Most delays and reprints come from missing information at the start — the wrong bottle size, low-resolution artwork, or a deadline discovered too late.
Use this checklist before you request a quote and you’ll get an accurate price and a usable mockup on the first pass.
Have your bottle specs
Tell us the exact bottle: Bordeaux vs. Burgundy shape, 750ml vs. magnum or split, still vs. sparkling. The box is built to the bottle, so the fit starts here. If you’re not sure, send us a bottle or its dimensions.
Send usable artwork
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) gives the cleanest foil, print, or engraving. If you only have a photo or a PNG, that’s fine — our designers recreate it print-ready for free, it just adds a step. Include your exact brand colors if you have them.
Decide finish and quantity
Pick a construction (rigid, wood, kraft), a decoration (foil, print, engrave), and a rough quantity. You don’t need to be final — a range is enough to price tiers — and we’ll advise if a different style serves the occasion better.
Flag your deadline early
If you have an in-hands date, tell us up front. Standard production is about two to three weeks, but Q4 and event season tighten across the industry. Early notice is the difference between standard pricing and a rush.
