Yes. We keep your artwork, dieline, colors, and specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print- or engraving-ready at no charge.

Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or a description — and our designers will build ready-to-produce artwork for you.

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on printed and wrapped boxes, and metallic foil in gold, silver, or custom tones. Natural wood and kraft use the material color with your logo engraved or printed.

Yes. Foil stamping (gold, silver, or blind), embossing, and debossing are all available on rigid and wrapped boxes for a premium, tactile finish.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Boxes ship flat-packed to keep freight economical, then set up on your end.

Yes. Our rigid boxes, foam and molded-pulp inserts, and kraft mailers are designed to cushion a bottle for common-carrier shipping. Ask about mailer options if you ship direct to consumers.

We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $3 per unit for a kraft carrier up to $22 for an engraved wooden box or crate, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.

Price depends on quantity, construction, size, finish, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.

Standard styles fit a 750ml Bordeaux or Burgundy bottle; we can size boxes for magnums, splits, sparkling, or unusual shapes on request — just tell us the bottle.

Yes. Laser engraving is burned into wood, foil is heat-stamped into the wrap, and prints are cured — none peel the way a stuck-on label does.

Wooden boxes and crates are designed to be kept and reused, which is part of their brand value. Rigid boxes are sturdy enough to reuse as storage; kraft carriers are recyclable.

Yes. We can design inserts that hold a bottle plus glasses, an opener, or other accessories for a full gift set — send us the items and we’ll build the cradle.
